Writing Task: Academic Argumentative Essay Engelska 7

Hej! Jag ska skriva en argumenterande uppsats om varför globalisering är bra för världen, jag undrar om detta är en  bra inledning, och om någon har mer tips på argument för och emot?

Globalization is good for the world.

International trade has been around for thousands of years and is now bigger than ever before. Today more than 60% of the things produced are shipped across countries, that's 4000% more than what was shipped in the year 1950. 

Globalization is important because it helps the world economy and also makes poor countries get healthier. 

Some people may say that poor countries are affected badly by globalization and rich countries get even richer. However we can see that since the 1820 extreme poverty has seen a decline of 80 procent in the world, in 1820 90% of the world's people lived in extreme poverty, nowadays only 10% of the people live in extreme poverty. This is due to the fact that a lot of countries that were considered to live in extreme poverty started to export a lot of goods.
