Simulate the system and plot the results corresponding to
the solid green waveform in the top pane of Figure 2 of the paper, as well as the solid
blue waveform from the same figure for reference. You will probably not obtain a plot
similar to the solid green waveform. The reason is that the transient from the initial
state, which is set to the zero vector within "lsim" unless explicitly specified, has not settled.

där "lsim" simulerar lösningen till ekvationssystemet av differentialekvationer. Jag antar att jag får inkorrekta kurvor då jag inte har något "initial value" givet i "lsim", men jag vet inte hur detta skall uttryckas. Dessutom misstänker jag att insignalen "u" måste uttryckas som en funktion av "t" men jag vet inte hur.
