Catallaxy

Läser en nek kurs, och stöter på frågan "catallaxy" där står det:
"describe the order borught about by the mutal adjustment of economics in a market It's a special kind of spontaneous order produced by the acting within the rules of the law of property, tort and contract"

men jag kan ändå inte greppa vad det är. Frågan är "Would tax incentives or grants be more consistent with catallaxy?"
