Behöver hjälp med bok analys i Eng 6
Hej
Jag läser engelska 6 på distans och under kursen måste jag läsa en novel. Nu har jag fått uppgiften nedan:
" Thesis satement for your literary analysis
You have now studied English 6 for a while and hopefully you have finished reading your chosen novel. For me to be able to help you more, I would like you to present your thesis statement and a general outline for your upcoming literary analysis down below.
Use the evaluation process for writing described in Solid Gold 2, pp. 154-155 to help you prepare a correct outline apart from the grey box presented in Solid Gold 2, p.168."
Nu vet jag inte att vad är mitt uppgift. Ska jag skriva min novel analys och lämna in det eller det är en annan sak?

så verkar det som om du skall skicka in ett utkast till din analys, d v s en kort redogärelse för ditt upplägg och vad du planerar att komma fram till.
Ordet "novel" är lätt att missuppfatta - det betyder inte novell (en sådan kallas short story) utan roman.
kan den här vara en OK thesis statements?
“In the novel of Mice and Men by Johan Steinbeck, Linnie is the most tragic character, because he is abused for being mentally disabled and he is killed at the end of the story. “
