Adding and Subtracting Vectors

there is a question that asks " 10m [S] -6m [E] +3m [N30E]."

Now when putting it in the graph -6m[E] would be positive 6 West?

And when I tried to put it into the x and y chart the values are not adding up.

What would be the resultant vector of the question?
